Women’s CEO Summit 2025
I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2025 Women's CEO Summit in Belgrade, a premier gathering celebrating women in leadership, diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and business.
Organized by Color Media Events, the summit brought together influential voices shaping the future of the Balkans and beyond. I was invited as a plus one by the General Manager of JTI (Japan Tobacco International), whom I met at the Kopaonik Business Forum. Major sponsors included Ploom, A1 Serbia, and FitPass, all of whom championed the summit’s mission of empowering women.
The event featured three powerful panels covering topics such as women’s leadership in the public and private sectors, breaking glass ceilings in diplomacy, and female entrepreneurship across industries.
Key speakers included women ambassadors, CEOs of leading companies in Serbia, and innovators making waves in finance, communications, and health. It was inspiring to be surrounded by women who are not only leading but also opening doors for the next generation. The summit created space for networking, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue.
This was my first time attending the Women's CEO Summit, and it was a perfect way to step into April—energized, empowered, and more committed than ever to supporting women in business and diplomacy.
The summit was also a great space to connect with inspiring women across business, diplomacy, art, fashion, politics, and more. As an expat entrepreneur in Serbia, it felt empowering to meet fellow professionals and leaders who are passionate about making an impact.
It was refreshing to exchange ideas, share challenges, and celebrate each other’s journeys. As an expat entrepreneur in Serbia, it reminded me how vital it is to build cross-industry connections and to surround myself with powerful, purpose-driven women.
